* Normal package: Inner pack with poly bag and bubbles, outside pack with carton.

* Box package: Pack with original box, wrapped with bubbles and outside packed with standard export carton. Notes: box needs extra cost.

* Custom Package: Pack with customer special request.

Shipping

* Stock products will be sent out in 1-3 days. OEM order will be ready in 15-30 days.

* We have our reliable long-term transport company, we can arrange shipping by air, by sea, by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, E-Packet etc). We will choose the cheapest shipping method for our customer.

1. Are you manufacturer or trade company?

    We are both manufacturer and trading company, have our own brand and other famous popular brands with factory price too.

2. What is your MOQ? 

    Our ready stock MOQ is 1pcs, can mix colors and models.

    For custom logo order MOQ is 500pcs, can mix different color.

3. Can you offer sample before mass order?

    Yes samples will be kindly arranged for quality check, please contact us for more details.

4. How about your product quality?

    All of our product has been 3 times quality checked before shipping.

    All of our battery life is at least 1-2 years.

    Any quality problem when you receive the products, pls contact us.

5. What is your products delivery time?

    For ready stock, delivery day is within 2 days, much quicker than general suppliers.

    For custom orders, delivery day is within 30 days, quicker than general suppliers.
